HQ MusicFest 2026 is a three-day independent music and arts gathering designed to activate downtown La Grande through live music, community engagement, artist development, and regional cultural tourism. Centered around HQ (112 Depot Street) and surrounding downtown spaces, the festival combines an indoor and outdoor stage and a block party experience that celebrates independent culture while helping sustain one of the region’s few dedicated creative gathering spaces.
