Music Fest Update

As many of you know, we’re keeping a close eye on the wildfire smoke and air quality in the Grande Ronde Valley. The health and safety of our artists, volunteers, vendors, and attendees will always come first.

Our team is actively evaluating conditions and preparing multiple contingency plans so that, whatever the weather brings, we can create the best possible festival experience. While outdoor activities could be adjusted if conditions require it, we’re committed to finding ways to keep the music and community together whenever it’s safe to do so.

We’ll continue monitoring conditions over the next couple of days and will announce any necessary schedule or venue changes Tuesday evening.

In the meantime, we’re moving forward.

Assuming conditions allow, we’ll gather Thursday at 12:00 PM to begin transforming HQ and Depot Street into MusicFest. We’ll be blocking off the festival footprint, building the stage, setting up the grounds, serving beer, wine, and refreshments and bringing the festival to life. Get your pass online or at the festival box office at HQ – you’ll see it! Whether you’re an artist, volunteer, vendor, pass holder, or simply excited to be part of it, we’d love to have you join us. Stop by to pick up your pass, lend a hand if you’re able, meet the crew, help us test a few things, and be part of creating something special from the ground up.

Festivals have always been about people coming together. No matter what Mother Nature throws our way, we’ll work together, adapt, and make the best experience we can for everyone involved.
